RETAL is a multinational packaging company, one of the leaders in producing PET preforms, HDPE closures, PET resins for plastic packaging and PET films. The major company's clientele includes international and local producers of soft drinks, beer and carbonated beverages.

RETAL is currently looking for a senior-level manager, who oversees day-to-day financial operations and is responsible for management reporting, financial analysis, and budget control within RETAL EU&US regions.

Main responsibilities:

Organize the process of drawing up the consolidated annual financial plans, submit reports on the implementation of these plans, analyse the causes of deviations and provide explanations;
To control the drawing up and execution of financial plans (annual and monthly), to ensure the most appropriate use of financial and other resources;
Work with the different accounting system of the companies, support in the implementation of new systems and participate in development the Group rules and politics for management accounting;
Prepare the consolidated management accounting reports, improve, and optimize them, analyse financial and non-financial performance indicators, provide explanations and/or observations about the values of these indicators;
Organize the preparation of consolidated annual budget, monitor the implementation, analyse the causes of deviations, and provide explanations;
Validate consolidated trade balance;
Aanalyze financial activities of 10 production companies, belonging to Region;
Prepare other management, statistical and/or audit reports related to the performed duties;
Manage the financial expert team, develop their competences, delegate tasks that meet the qualifications as needed.

Requirements:

At least 3 years of proven experience as Finance Controller;
BA or higher degree in finance;
Knowledge of English (advanced user level, written and verbal);
Very good Excel knowledge;
Excellent analytical and logical thinking, ability to systematize and summarize information, management of large flows of information, proactivity;
Ability to effectively organize the work of the team, coordinate and motivate subordinate employees.

Advantages:

Experience in BIG4 or production company, experience working with SAP/ S4H, Cognos, 1C;
Knowledge of Russian (at least average level, written and oral);
Understanding accounting processes;
Understanding of the operations of the business and underlying relationships between inputs, outputs and the processes that support them.
