IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:

• Lead the development and implementation of medical device architecture in C++ programming language and Qt5 framework
• Improve existing software architecture features
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and guidelines for medical device software development (IEC 62304, ISO 60601, ISO 13485 etc.)
• Participate in Agile (Scrum) team life and internal processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable medical device solutions

WE BELIEVE THAT YOU HAVE:

• 4 years of experience programming embedded systems in C/C++
• Understanding of programming languages such as Python or Bash scripting
• Experience working with databases (e.g., SQLite) and data modeling concepts
• Good understanding of Linux operating systems, including command-line tools (GCC, GDB, Make), file systems, package management and basic system administration tasks
• Understanding of networking concepts and protocols, important for developing network-related applications and troubleshooting
• Experience working with GIT, JIRA or similar
• Experience with Unit Tests
• Native or highly fluent Lithuanian language skills, excellent English language skills (both spoken and written)

IDEALLY, YOULL ALSO HAVE:

• Knowledge of Qt5/QML framework
• Knowledge of the Qt unit testing system to ensure code quality and reliability
• Experience integrating Qt applications with third-party C++ libraries for additional functionality
• Knowledge of Linux security practices and techniques to protect programs and systems
• Knowledge of Continuous Integration (CI) practice
• Knowledge of Protocol Buffers Data Format and gRPC Protocol
• Be familiar with the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) and TLS (Transport Layer Security) protocols
