We are currently looking for a Buyer - Indirect Supplies and Services / IT / Cars & vehicles to support the global Procurement.

Responsibilities:

Issue purchase orders to suppliers based on information in purchase request and category instructions, thus ensuring availability of goods and services.
Procurement stakeholder support on day-to-day transactional topics related to order processing.
Run RFQ's.
Catalogues management and expansion in e-procurement tools.
Monitoring orders, delivery & claims management.
Supplier invoice verification and solving discrepancies.
Resolve procurement master data discrepancies.
Boosting LEAN culture.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in business, technology, supply chain, or logistics, or final year student.
Minimum 1 year of experience in purchasing, logistics, or related fields.
Fluent in English (written & verbal).
Quick learner able to absorb new information and work with multiple ERP systems.
Proficiency in Swedish, Finnish, or German is a plus.
Understanding of procurement and sourcing methods is a plus.

Monthly salary range for this position: 2000 EUR 2700 EUR (before tax deduction). The final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate.
