Would you like to support the execution of business strategies within Personal and Business Customers by providing data insights and reporting for decision making? You will be part of the Performance & Traction team which consists of eight people in total. We are a diverse group with different skills and expertises, located across Denmark and Lithuania, with partners and stakeholders across all Danske Bank locations.
Performance & Traction is a part of Business Management & Transformation department, who supports the COO organisation of Personal and Business Customers, an area of approximately 2,300 employees. One of our teams primary focus areas is to contribute to a full financial overview and management information to enable informed decision-making.
You will:
You will join the business area focusing on our financial control, transparency, and analysis. Our overall responsibility areas include:
- Provide financial reporting, scenario analysis including cost, and recharges/Service Level Agreements/Activity Based Costing model/etc. in close collaboration with Finance
- Optimize internal setup and processes related to financial activities in collaboration with relevant partners
- Support senior management with financial targets
- Allocate costs analysis across the entire value chain in Danske Bank to optimise and drive financial outcomes
About you:
- Around 5 years of experience in a similar position, acting as consultant
- A solid understanding of financial management and concepts
- Strategic thinking and the ability to align cost management initiatives with broader Group strategy and policies
- Experience in managing smaller projects
- Ability to write structured reports, design and prepare presentation materials using Excel and PowerPoint
- Advanced skills in English, spoken and written
We offer
Monthly salary range from 2680 EUR to 4020 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
