Collateral Management area is a dynamic setting, which involves collaboration with large corporate and institutional clients, stakeholders across all Nordic countries and global vendors. You have a great opportunity to pursue your career as a Leader in the area, where attention is paid to Collateral Management Services by Danske Bank.

You will be a part of the management team of 7 experienced leaders within Markets Services area. Your role will be to lead the team of 16 specialists and analysts and ensure day-to-day support of collateral management processes. You will be responsible for prioritizing and driving process optimization initiatives, lean improvements and ensuring quality, delivery and other performance targets within supported area.

Depending on your experience and knowledge, we may offer you different seniority of the role.

You will:

Own Collateral Management domain vision and roadmaps
Team up with stakeholders in technology, business, and risk to ensure Collateral Management integration in the relevant value chains and that necessary development and improvements get prioritized
Act as the point of escalation for Collateral Management inquiries
Engage, develop, coach, and motivate your team members in achieving the teams goals
Ensure that all daily tasks are performed according to SLA agreements
Drive innovation, re-engineer existing process to achieve process standardization and improvement in controls
Drive post trade services automation to reduce risks & increase efficiency
Participate in new business initiatives discussions, assess requirements, raise and assess risks, and formulate action plans for their mitigation
Ensure the regulatory requirements compliance within the function
Collaborate with external third parties and global vendors

About you:

Good understanding of Collateral Management area
Experience in Wholesale Banking Post-Trade Services
2 years of leadership experience in the banking or finance-related sector
Good understanding of Collateral Management value chain
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Strong sense of ownership and collaborative attitude
Ability to make timely decisions with high attention to detail
Advanced English language skills

Monthly salary range from 3920 EUR to 5880 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
