What youll do @ Omnisend:

Lead a team of PMMs, video, and written content professionals;
Set objectives and key results for the whole team, be proficient at accurately tracking them, and assure there is an action plan for how to make an impact;
Own product launch planning, including messaging and communication for our current customers;
Advocate our customers and provide insights to the Product team;
Work closely with Product Managers to ensure that internal teams are well-informed about new features and their value to customers;
Work closely with Marketing, Sales, Partnerships, and Customer Operations teams to align on product launch and product adoption activities.

We expect that youll bring:

A proven track record of successfully managing marketing or communication projects or campaigns;
Experience in leading a team;
Experience in working cross-functionally and managing stakeholders from multiple teams;
Experience in driving customer insights from customer research and data analysis;
Experience using data and analytics to measure the impact of your work;
Results-driven approach and an owners mindset;
The ability to be organized and detailed-oriented;
Fluent in English.
