I am Alina Šerienė, Head of Common Data Analytics and looking for team members who are eager to join our fast-growing unit.

Is this your next opportunity?

As a Senior Data Analyst, you would support Revenue Assurance CoE in Telia to discover new controls in different parts of the order, billing and provisioning processes to validate consistency in the end-to-end revenue stream and identify any mismatches that could cause revenue losses.

You will create solutions that will enable Revenue Assurance teams to broaden their insights into the different telecom processes and identify further actions that are needed to prevent revenue leakages. To achieve this, you will analyze and connect large datasets (including an unstructured ones) to understand the different processes and how different systems interact with each other to provide services to our customers. You will collaborate with different system SMEs, Data Engineers, Solution Architects as well as communicate with and present your findings and insights to business stakeholders through effective and clear visualizations in Jupyter Notebooks or BI tools.

As a part of Common Data Analytics unit as well as valuable member of Data Analytics Hub, we expect you to be proactive and influential towards driving initiatives like improving data products quality, scalability, reusability, improving data literacy and ensuring its democratization across the company.

Your skills:
•    Strong skills of data and statistical analysis, transformation and exploration using SQL and Python.
•    Good knowledge and experience using Jupyter Notebooks as an IDE for exploration and transformation of high-volume datasets to extract meaningful insights and generate effective visualizations.
•    Ability to understand complex business questions and efficiently translate them into valuable insights that drive business to take meaningful actions.
•    Background in the Revenue management, CRM, Billing, Order management, IT system analytics or Finance functions within any domains such as Telecom, Banking or Retail industry is a strong bonus.
•    Hands-on experience with BI tools such as Qlik Sense (preferred), Power BI, Tableau, Looker or similar.
•    Bachelors or higher Degree in data related field.

Working in this position you will receive a base salary from 3546 Eur (gross) to 5318 Eur (gross) plus annual bonuses which vary, depending on your competencies and your and Telia results. Besides for each employee Telia has additional employee benefits package which includes:
