Job description:
- Coordinate and oversee office administration and customer service activities: sales / warehouse orders, personnel and other documentation;
- Manage relationships and documentation with vendors / suppliers / service providers;
- Ensure high level of sales service and support including inventory management, problem solving inside / outside company, logistics, transportation and etc.;
- Carry on different accounting and bookkeeping activities: daily accounting procedures according the process flow, supplier and customer invoice accounting and control, assisting in preparing statutory reports (VAT, PIT, statistical etc.) and other.
Requirement:
- University degree in Accounting, Finance, Bussiness administration or similar;
- At least 2 - 4 years of experience in a similar role;
- Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English;
- Excellent MS Office knowledge (experience in MS Dynamics AX would be considered as a big advantage);
- Responsible, accurate, and result-driven;
- Also good organization and problem solving skills, ability to manage deadlines, orientation to customer needs; teamwork, a friendly and positive attitude with great communication skills;
- Wilingness to learn new things.
