1) Bachelor's degree in Law, advanced degree preferred.

information to identify the key issues/actions and drive resolution, great attention to

detail.

5) Proven track record of developing and implementing effective compliance programs

and policies.

6) Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively

with colleagues at all levels of the organization.

7) Fluency in English and Lithuanian.

8) Professional certification in compliance would be an advantage.

2) Conducts regular compliance risk assessments to identify potential areas of non-

compliance or regulatory risk, and develop strategies to mitigate and address identified

issues effectively.

3) Monitors changes in laws, regulations, and industry best practices to ensure that the

company's compliance program remains up-to-date and responsive to evolving

regulatory requirements.

4) Provides guidance and support to internal stakeholders on compliance-related matters,

including interpreting and applying regulatory requirements, resolving compliance

issues, and implementing compliance controls and solutions.

5) Oversees compliance training and awareness initiatives to promote a culture of

compliance and ethics throughout the organization, ensuring that employees

understand their compliance obligations and responsibilities.

6) Collaborates with cross-functional teams, including risk management, internal audit,

and business units, to facilitate the implementation of compliance initiatives and

ensure alignment with broader organizational objectives.

7) Serves as a point of contact for regulatory inquiries, examinations, and audits,

coordinating responses and providing necessary documentation and support to

regulatory authorities as required.

8) Conducts investigations into potential compliance breaches, allegations of misconduct,

or other compliance-related incidents, and implements appropriate corrective actions

and remediation measures as needed.

9) Prepares and submits regulatory filings, reports, and disclosures accurately and timely,

ensuring compliance with regulatory reporting requirements and deadlines.

10) Monitors and assesses third-party relationships, including vendors, suppliers, and

business partners, to ensure compliance with applicable regulations and contractual

requirements, and mitigates compliance risks associated with outsourcing

arrangements.

11) Maintains effective communication channels with senior management, board

members, and other relevant stakeholders to provide regular updates on complianceissues, emerging risks, and regulatory developments, and facilitate informed decision-

making.

12) Continuously evaluates and improves the effectiveness of the company's compliance

program through the implementation of process enhancements, technology solutions,

and best practices to enhance compliance monitoring, reporting, and governance.

13) Provides guidance, advice, and training to employees at all levels of the organization to

promote a culture of compliance, integrity, and ethical conduct.
