If You have:

• A degree in food sciences, chemistry, biology, or a related field;
• Experience in food industry, quality assurance, or retail (preferred);
• Familiarity with HACCP and other quality management standards;
• Knowledge of auditing and quality inspection techniques (preferred);
• Strong communication skills and ability to build good relationships;
• Analytical skills with the ability to prioritize and make decisions independently;
• Perfectly fluent Lithuanian language and fluent English (you will work in the Baltic team);
• Driving licence (B category) and ability to travel.

We will entrust You to:

• Ensure safe, transparent and traceable goods handling in stores, production and e-commerce in accordance with legal requirements, quality standards, and company policies; 
• Maintain knowledge of quality and food safety within retail operations through support, training, and establishing self-control procedures; 
• Conduct quality audits in stores and own production;
• Offer guidelines, trainings, consultations on quality requirements to stores and other stakeholders;
• Monitor state inspections in stores and requested corrective actions;
• Collaborate with state institutions, provide answers to the requests within area of responsibility;
• Foster awareness among employees/colleagues regarding food safety, quality, or authenticity.
