THIS IS YOUR SEAT 

As a member of our Baltic Project management organization, you will be responsible for leading high performing teams on projects ranging from software upgrades to complex enterprise product implementations.

Your first project will be managing implementation of new POS solution in our BENU pharmacies in Lithuania.

With your wide project management and technology experience you will be driving and delivering projects that support to bring a best customer experience to Tamro and BENU clients across Baltic States and also collaborating with peers across Europe, where Phoenix group has its presence.

We are looking for an experienced project manager in IT or a software development related areas with strong risk management, excellent multitasking, and problem-solving skills. You will be thriving in this role if you have experience with dealing of project with cross country business owners and other project team members, so good collaboration skills are a must.

Strong advantage for candidates is experience with recent POS implementation project in state regulated industries and collaboration with Lithuanian State authorities, preferably in healthcare industry.

Strong candidates have an appetite for challenge and a mind for problem solving, a concise and insightful communication style when it comes to driving and leading teams to achieve dates and budgets, a good sense of humor in the face of ambiguity and an inherent ability to balance priorities.
