Progressive and expanding real estate company is currently looking for a property manager to manage large office building in Europe

Property manager / director

Knowledge requirements:

Technical knowledge of building operations and maintenance
Fully understanding property management and its financial aspects
Profound knowledge of all rules and regulations surrounding property management
Excellent skills in negotiations, problem-solving, multitasking and stress management
Thorough understanding of how to create and maintain budgets
Bachelors degree in business administration or engineering
Excellent knowledge of English, Russian language knowledge will be an advantage

Work experience:

5 years experience in real estate property management

Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee all aspects of assigned properties
Maintain productive relationship with tenants and owners
Negotiate lease contracts in a timely and reliable manner
Addressing tenant complaints and inspecting vacated units
Receivables collection
Attracting new tenants
Facilities maintenance and management
Supervise all suppliers related to facilities maintenance and management
Budgeting and reporting
