- Regulatory Compliance: Oversee compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Data Protection: Ensure the protection and privacy of sensitive information in accordance with data protection laws.
- Legal & Outsourcing: Provide legal expertise and oversee outsourcing activities.
- Internal Governance: Uphold strong internal governance practices to promote transparency and accountability.
Requirements
- University degree in law or related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in the financial sector.
- At least 5 years of experience in a managerial role.
- Business-oriented and pragmatic thinker.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent cooperation and communication abilities.
- Proficient in English language, both written and spoken.
