What youll do as an Accounts Receivable Specialist:

As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the financial stability of our organization. Your key responsibilities will include:

Ensuring the timely and accurate processing of invoices.
Serving as the primary point of contact for Accounts Receivable (AR) related inquiries.
Managing cash application processes to ensure the correct application of all cash receipts.
Monitoring accounts to identify and escalate outstanding debts when necessary.
Documenting and updating work procedures to maintain efficiency.
Actively collaborate across departments to ensure accurate data submission in partnership with commercial team.
Assist with annual audit process.
Contributing to the optimization of accounting processes.
Maintaining organized customer files.
Assisting with month-end closing procedures and preparing monthly AR reports and reconciliations.

Skills and Capabilities:

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
A strong desire to learn, grow, and collaborate as a valuable team player.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Essential Skills:

The ability to accurately process numerical data.
Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Knowledge of MS Office, with particularly strong Excel skills.
Fluency in the English language.
A willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
