The fundamental drive of the 360M team is to bolster the personal and professional growth of those who choose us. Responsibilities:
- Manage and address all ongoing HR concerns and questions from employees
- Continuously gather structured feedback, monitor the pulse of the organization, and share insights with the team
- Identify and resolve issues discovered through feedback, taking ownership of the solutions
- Oversee and facilitate the onboarding process for new team members
- Manage and implement all HR and people-related policies within the company
- Develop and execute initiatives to ensure employee satisfaction, including organizing events, birthday celebrations, and other related activities.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and handle various HR-related issues efficiently
- Experience in collecting and analyzing feedback to implement improvements
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and ownership of responsibilities
- Ability to create and maintain a positive and engaging work environment
