Join European Markets (EMS) Finance Team whose primary focus is to engage with EMS leadership as a strategic and decision-making partner. The team help achieve revenue and margin growth by delivering timely, insightful analysis and driving profitability while maintaining financial order and accuracy. As Financial Planning & Analysis Senior Specialist within European Markets (EMS) your main tasks will be to support the organization with knowledge, models and tools for financial follow-up, business planning and business control.

What will you be doing?

Prepare, finalize and present reports to the business to fulfill the need for financial follow-up, business planning and business control within the organization.
Oversee the monthly accounting close and manage the forecast processes and budget activities to contribute to better business awareness and resource planning.
Analyze variances, trends, risks and opportunities, performance against budget/forecast/targets, key business drivers and sensitivities to guide business decisions.
Conduct an analysis of various business and financial decisions.
Provide financial support to department managers on various initiatives and day-to-day operations.
Perform other ad-hoc business reporting and analysis as needed.

Who are we looking for?

University degree in finance, accounting or business administration.
4-6 years of proven experience in finance, accounting, project accounting, auditing, management consultancy or similar.
Shown understanding of accounting and knowledge in common controlling methods and models.
Solid understanding of financial planning business processes and budgeting.
High proficiency in utilizing Microsoft Excel, Essbase, OneStream, PowerBI or other IT tools to perform Business and Financial Control.
Excellent language skills in written and spoken English.
Excellent people skills, having the ability to challenge when required.
Experience from the financial sector or IT sector would be a merit.
Analytical, detailed, and organized person who thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Monthly salary (Before Taxes): 3200 - 4000 Eur (final salary will depend on candidate knowledge and experience), other bonuses apply.
