We are looking for a Head of Sales Team (B2B) in Vilnius to join Telia Lithuania Enterprise division professionals who serve B2B customers with the widest range of communications and IT services in Lithuania! As the Head of Sales Team, you will lead our medium & large segment, delivering communication and IT services, infrastructure and cloud solutions to our clients – everything from a single trusted source.

As the Head of Team, you will drive our business services sales for Telia Lithuania customers in East region in retail, banking, logistics and other sectors. You will also focus on maintaining our market leader position, targeting ambitious goals of staying on the track of growing faster than market whilst ensuring the high customer satisfaction level. Finally, you will serve as a spokesperson for the unit as well as for Telia inside and outside of the organization.

This is a leadership role having high impact on Telia Lithuanias B2B business results. In essence, your task will be to implement and maintain the strategic direction for the enterprise medium & large business segment, break down the set direction into a commercial and operational plan and, together with your sales team drive the implementation. Your responsibilities will be to grow IT/IoT and security business, maintain and grow mobility business in the segment itself.

Your personality:

You have strong people leadership skills and ability to unleash the capabilities of your team as you will be leading a senior team of 14 enterprise medium & large account managers and be responsible for almost 30% of Telia Lithuanias B2B revenue. You develop strong internal relationships and leverage competencies both within B2B and the larger Telia organization. You have ability to build networks and relationships both internally and externally. You have strategic vision with commercial and customer-centric mindset. And finally,

you have the highest ethical standard and a values-driven work ethic.

Your experience & skills:

  • Track record of successful sales or key account management experience in B2B area
  • Solid experience in people management (preferably from a large and complex international organization)
  • University/college degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Solid leadership & collaboration skills – ability to lead & motivate multifaceted teams & foster stakeholder relationships with drive and transparency
  • Solid communication, negotiation & presentation skills
  • Experience in complex and large-scale projects
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, solid business judgment
  • Fully proficient written & verbal English and Lithuanian language skills.

Working in this position, you will receive a base monthly salary of 5000 – 6500Eur gross. Additionally, colleagues working in this position receive quarterly bonuses, depending on the results achieved.
