Job description
- Analyze project requirements and client needs to understand business objectives.
- Develop low-fidelity user interface prototypes of systems to visualize concepts and gather feedback.
- Create detailed descriptions of system operation principles to guide development and implementation.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and user stories for development teams.
- Prioritize and manage the product backlog.
- Communicate project status, updates, and dependencies to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a System Analyst/ Technical Project Owner or similar role in a software development environment.
- Understanding of Agile methodologies, with experience using tools such as JIRA or Trello.
- Fluent Lithuanian language skills (written and spoken).
- English language skills, equivalent to B1 level or higher (written and spoken).
- Experience working with public sector projects (as an advantage).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
