Job description
- Create offers, ensuring technical and commercial requirements are met.
- Follow up on sales leads and manage negotiations with customers, partners, and suppliers.
- Provide customer support and act as the main contact person for inquiries.
- Collaborate closely with the Area Sales Managers and internal teams.
- Contribute to internal company projects.
Requirements
- Engineering degree in automation, mechanical, chemical, or electrical fields.
- Experience in internal sales support or willingness to gain one.
- Fluency in Lithuanian and English;
- Proficiency in MS Office; Navision or CRM knowledge is a bonus.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with a proactive, results-driven approach.
