We focus on understanding the needs of our users and delivering services that improve their productivity and satisfaction. Gen AI services team is currently working on the Copilot project, which aims to integrate advanced AI capabilities into our services to offer personalized assistance and streamline workflows.

You will:
- Requirements Gathering: Manage requirements for license management, user deployment (SharePoint, Power Platform), and Tableau Dashboards for M365 Copilot tracking
- Service Onboarding and Compliance: Support Microsoft 365 Copilot Chat onboarding and ensure compliance via risk assessments
- Governance Framework and Agent Setup: Implement governance policies for M365 agents and oversee setup and configuration
- Integrations and Context Extension: Facilitate M365 Copilot integrations and extend index context with technical teams
- Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation for all project aspects
About you:
- Analytical Skills and Attention to Detail: Ability to analyze complex data and derive insights
- Communication and Documentation Skills: Effective at gathering requirements, collaborating, and documenting processes clearly. Software Development Project Experience: Working as a business analyst in software development and implementation projects
- Team Collaboration: Ability to work seamlessly with various departments
- SharePoint, Forms, and Tableau Knowledge: Familiarity with these tools is beneficial
- Is quietly motivated to achieve results
- Flexible and Open to Learning: Able to adjust and willing to learn new technologies and methodologies
- Problem-Solver: Proficient problem-solving skills are essential to navigate and find effective solutions
- Advanced English both written and verbal
We offer
Monthly salary range from 3600 EUR to 5400 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
