Job description

Guiding and steering the team with efficiency, while also managing recruitment, work distribution, performance oversight, operational excellence and project management.
Showcasing adept communication skills, playing a vital role in ensuring smooth information flow between clients, the management team, and various departments, while also promoting an atmosphere of open communication within the team environment.
Applying creative thinking to task execution while devising plans for optimal efficiency, along with a proven history of establishing and reaching team goals

Requirements

Advantageous to have experience in team management.
Extensive background in full accounting.
Proficient in working with various accounting systems.
Fluent in English.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to envision the bigger picture and a problem-solving attitude.
Experience with IFRS is a plus.
