Job description
- Agile Practices: Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, demos, and retrospectives.
- End-to-End Ownership: Take charge of your projects from initial requirement gathering to release. This is a team effort, so youll have support every step of the way.
- Collaborative Feedback: Engage in code reviews, personal evaluations, and retrospectives to maintain high-quality standards.
- Distributed Team Collaboration: Work with team members in Lithuania (Vilnius and Kaunas) and the U.S. on Lithuanian working hours.
- FinTech Knowledge: Learn about the financial industry and contribute to building a top-tier investment management product.
Requirements
Essential Skills:
- Proficiency in English (our working language)
- Strong knowledge of C#, .NET Core, .NET Framework, MS SQL Server
- Experience with 3rd party integrations (API and/or SSO)
- Familiarity with Microservices
Bonus Skills:
- Experience with AWS, Microservices
- Extensive experience with API integrations
- FinTech industry knowledge
- Familiarity with React
