As a Product Owner in the Wealth Planning and Investment Tribe, you will be essential in guiding the direction of our area. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our solutions meet the highest standards of quality, innovation, and customer satisfaction. Your expertise in product management, coupled with your deep understanding of the financial industry, will be instrumental in driving the success of our initiatives.
The squad you are expected to lead is responsible for our investment reporting and is handling the relevant activities to fulfil the quarterly and yearly reporting requirements to customers.
The squad is responsible for running critical systems, processes and activities and possesses a high level of subject matter and technical knowledge.
At the same time, we expect the PO to drive our modernisation and change agenda to leverage reporting data for value creation with our customers.

You will:
- Lead, coordinate and guide the overall Run activities for investment reporting
- Set the agenda and roadmap for future developments
- Act as day-to-day team lead to ensure the team becomes an efficient unit
- Balance short-term achievements with long-term goals
- Own and prioritise the teams backlog
- Collaborate closely with the team members HR leaders (Chapter leads) to support peoples individual development goals

- Guide your team using strong interpersonal skills to create an effective unit
- Set strategic and technical goals together with the squad members
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities
- Utilise agile and project management skills to navigate requirements, challenges and strategic ambitions
- Advanced English skills
We offer
Monthly salary range from 5200 EUR to 7800 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
