Responsibilities:

Analyzing company KPIs, budgets, and actual data for business insights.
Ensuring accuracy of financial information.
Implementing cost control measures and identifying areas for cost reduction.
Collaborating with other departments to support financial planning and decision-making.
Improve financial systems, focusing on integration and analytics.
Support management with ad hoc requests.

Higher education in Economics or Finance.
At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Proficiency in Excel and a keen interest in AI-driven financial solutions.
Strong sense of responsibility, discipline, and a proactive mindset.
Analytical thinking, quick decision-making, and a results-oriented approach.
Eagerness to learn, improve, and optimize financial processes.
Proficiency in English and Lithuanian language skills (both verbal and written).
