Join Card Disputes Investigation Team in Fraud Operations Department. Our team consists of 13 skilled and friendly members of different seniorities. We are looking for 1 colleague to join us!
As a specialist you would work with non fraud cases while coping with merchants who did not provide promised services or goods. Your tasks would focus on operational responsibilities such as case investigation and analysis. Besides, you would have an wonderful opportunity to work in a hybrid workplace (3-4 days from office, 1-2 days from home) and be a part of a multicultural team.
*Depending on your experience and knowledge, we may offer you different seniority of the role.

You will:
- Investigate customer card non fraud dispute cases and apply VISA and MASTERCARD chargeback rules, following standard rules and procedures
- Communicate with different departments and teams within Danske Bank
- Work on process improvements
- Supervise workflow according to deadlines
About you:
- A collaborative and proactive individual who is open to developing new skills and adapting to process changes
- Problem-solving and openness to new ideas
- 1+ years of work experience of a back-office, administrative, or similar nature would be considered as a benefit
- Knowledge of VISA and/or Mastercard chargeback rules will be considered a valuable asset
- Advanced analytical skills, accuracy, and attentiveness to details
- Ability to make decisions based on rules and regulations
- High level of quality and efficiency
- Good time management skills
- Advanced English language skills
We offer
Monthly salary range from 1680 EUR to 2520 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
