Ridango AS is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead sales and bid management efforts in the Lithuanian market and other markets as allocated. 

Key responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities;
  • Build strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders. Attend events and collaborate with marketing to support partnerships;
  • Deliver tailored presentations, represent the company at events, and negotiate pricing and terms to close deals, working with technical or product teams as needed;
  • Manage the full bid process from analyzing requirements to submitting proposals;
  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and new opportunities in Lithuania and nearby regions to guide sales strategies;

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or bid management;
  • Strong ability to prospect, negotiate, and close deals with a customer-centric approach;
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office;
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to assess market trends and bid requirements;
  • Willingness to travel;
  • Fluency in Lithuanian and English;
  • Proficiency in an additional language (e.g., German, Polish, Latvian, Swedish, Spanish, etc.) is a significant advantage.
