Job description

As D365 CRM Consultant, you will collaborate with key individuals across the process, from customers to other consultants and core stakeholders to identify user requirements and ensure the design and realization of functional solutions are fit for purpose and aligning with customer business objectives.

Youll then define project plans to guide customers through a successful implementation, navigating competing demands of concurrent projects and implementations to ensure milestones are met and customer expectations are achieved.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze existing business processes and suggest recommendations for improvements;
  • Propose and design solutions using the Microsoft D365 (CRM) platform capabilities to solve the identified business requirements;
  • Participate in meetings with clients and prospects to understand and document their business requirements;
  • Customize and configure Microsoft D365 (CRM) based applications;
  • Define and create specifications for any custom code requirements;
  • Provide trainings for end-users.

Requirements

  • Higher education;
  • 2-4 years of experience in system design or information systems analysis;
  • Experience implementing Microsoft D365 (CRM) based solutions;
  • Understanding of CRM related processes and business value for having a CRM system;
  • Go-getter attitude and strong customer-centric approach to implementation work;
  • Confidence in managing multiple tasks and priorities.
