A successful candidate will have:
- 0-1 years experience in administrative roles, with general knowledge of office processes and procedures.
- Being quality-conscious without losing overall focus.
- The ability to manage multiple projects at once and prioritise work.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong attention to detail.
- Proactive and flexible approach, with a willingness to learn and take on new tasks
- Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions
- Good command of spoken and written Lithuanian and English.
BE READY TO CHALLENGE YOURSELF
On a day-to-day basis, you will:
- Execute and maintain public procurement procedures for consulting projects (on the seller side). This will include preparing documentation according to the Terms of Reference, based on instructions from the team.
- Communicate with the clients, external partners and internal team members on proposal preparation and submitting matters.
- Ensure smooth implementation of internal procedures by following instructions from team members and supporting the team in administrative tasks as required.
- Update and maintain relevant databases.
- Proactively identify and resolve routine administrative issues to ensure smooth workflow.
