We're seeking a proactive Back Office Support & Quality Team Lead to join our dynamic team in Kaunas.

In this role, you'll be responsible for optimising support processes, driving automation, and improving technical issue resolution. You'll also develop and deliver internal training to enhance team knowledge and performance. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving and driving operational efficiency while maintaining strong customer relationships.

What will you be doing?
  • Leading and managing a team of 5 people to ensure high performance and alignment with organisational goals.
  • Fostering team motivation and engagement through regular communication and support.
  • Preparing and presenting group reports to ensure alignment and visibility across teams.
  • Designing and delivering training sessions for both new hires and existing team members.
  • Creating clear and effective training materials to support knowledge sharing and skill development.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support internal processes and continuous improvement.
  • Contributing to process optimisation initiatives through analysis and implementation of improvements.

Ideally, you would have:
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Customer Support Team Lead or in a similar role.
  • Hands-on experience with Zendesk or a similar ticketing system.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and an analytical mindset to monitor metrics, identify trends, and drive improvements.
  • Proven team management experience, including hiring, training, and performance monitoring.
  • An ownership mindset, a proactive attitude, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • A valid driving licence and strong written and spoken communication skills in both Lithuanian and English.
