Develop and implement product strategy and long-term vision, create and manage the product development roadmap
Set product development priorities, manage the backlog, and write requirement specifications
Collaborate with IT teams and stakeholders to find the best solutions for the product and its users
Ensure that the product is developed in line with customer needs, timelines, and budget constraints
Propose new products and functionalities and present them to stakeholders
Lead the team and promote product development
Collaborate with other product managers and business units

At least 3 years of experience working with software products (as a Product Owner or Product Manager) and their development
Experience working with development teams
Experience in leading a team and working with different stakeholders
Knowledge of Agile methodologies
Ability to create and develop a product strategy
Understanding of the product development process
Strong business analysis skills
Teamwork orientation and result-driven mindset
Responsibility, organizational skills, adaptability, and communication skills
Proficiency in English
Project management certifications: Agile, Scrum Master, SAFe, CSPO, PSPO, or similar (an advantage)
