Business Support Specialist, you will be at the forefront of our engagement with both individual and corporate clients. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong communication skills with a solid understanding of crypto products and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Youll work closely with compliance, sales, and marketing teams to ensure a seamless experience for all stakeholders interacting with our services.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for applicants, individuals, and businesses regarding onboarding, support, and general inquiries.
Manage email, chat, and phone communications efficiently and professionally.
Assist clients with understanding our crypto product offerings and services.
Guide individuals and businesses through the KYC/KYB onboarding process in collaboration with the compliance team.
Document and escalate issues appropriately while ensuring timely resolution.
Identify opportunities to streamline support operations and improve the client experience.

Nice to Have / Preferred Skills:

Basic to intermediate understanding of crypto and blockchain technologies.
Good to have familiarity with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) procedures and regulatory compliance.
Previous experience in customer support, sales, or account management roles.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
Good to have practical knowledge of marketing or sales.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment.

Qualifications:

Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
1- 3 years of experience in a support or client-facing role, ideally in fintech, crypto, or financial services.
Tech-savvy, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new platforms and tools.
