for a Senior PPC Manager to lead our PPC strategy and oversee other related performance marketing initiatives. • Manage, test, and optimize large-scale advertising budgets across multiple platforms

We expect you to

• Have 2–3 years of proven success managing PPC campaigns with measurable, tangible results
  
• (Preferably) bring experience in digital e-commerce environments
  
• Be skilled in using third-party analytics tools like GA4, Hyros, or similar
  
• Have a sharp eye for detail and strong time management abilities
  
• (Ideally) know how to write short, compelling ad copy that converts
  
• Bring passion for paid social and a growth-driven mindset
  
• Be unafraid to test, fail, and scale fast
  

Salary

Gross salary range is 4000 - 5500 EUR/month.

Location

Vilnius, Lithuania: 4 days onsite, 1 flexible day remote.
