Key competencies

3+ years of experience as an accountant
A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required
Experience in fintech or crypto companies is a plus
Strong knowledge of accounting and taxation in Lithuania
Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets
English at an Upper-Intermediate level or higher
Knowledge of the Lithuanian language is a plus

Responsibilities

Maintain accounting records for the legal entity in Lithuania
Oversee taxation, submission of primary reports, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Prepare and submit financial and accounting reports, including VAT reports, payroll calculations, and related contributions, annual reports, reports to the Central Bank, etc
Prepare management reporting on financial performance (P&L, Cash Flow)
Understanding the specifics of cryptocurrency transactions and interaction with banks and payment systems will be a plus
