We are looking for Operations Specialist in Buying & Owning Real Estate HUB – Meeting Services, that is focused on team goals, close collaboration with our stakeholders in the global environment, and delivering high-quality service daily.

Our teams main function is to help Danske Bank advisers located in branches prepare for meetings with customers by providing back-office services when they are planning to buy a property. The result of our teams tasks is preparing guarantee request, evaluating customers current or future financial overview which will be used by the adviser to decide on the customers loan.

You will be responsible for many different tasks, such as document preparation and analysis, data gathering from different systems and documents, customers future economy calculations, communication with advisers, real estate agencies and other administrative tasks related to property or other types of loans.

We provide introductory training for all our employees to offer the best possible start in our organization. As we are working with the Danish market, you will have an possibility to participate in the language courses, so you will have a chance to elevate your language skills to the next level. In addition, a monthly language bonus is applicable depending on your current language level.

Danske Bank supports a high degree of workplace flexibility (our team is currently using a hybrid working model, where we work at least 3 days a week in the office).

*Depending on your experience and knowledge, we may offer you a different seniority for the role.

You will:

  • Process various back-office tasks within the Buying & Owning Real Estate HUB, Meeting Services
  • Solve issues and daily ad-hoc requests to ensure great customer experience
  • Closely collaborate with the stakeholders in Danish market
  • Participation in the process of continuous improvements in daily work (e. g., automation, Lean)
  • Take part in various projects and initiatives

About you:

  • Comfortable with routine tasks and are detail and quality-oriented
  • Work experience in an operational or administrative role would be an advantage
  • Orientation to detail, high level of accuracy and quality
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • A team player with a proactive approach
  • Danish language knowledge would be a benefit, a language bonus would be applicable in this case too
  • Upper-Intermediate English language skills

We offer

Monthly salary range from 1440 EUR to 2160 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
