Were hiring a Senior Cloud Platform Engineer to take part in building and evolving the foundational infrastructure behind our digital platforms at Alter Domus. This is a senior individual contributor position for someone who brings strong technical judgment, deep experience with cloud-native systems, and the ability to shape platform strategy through hands-on delivery. Youll  operate with high autonomy and be expected to influence standards, tooling, and architectural decisions across teams.

Your Future Responsibilities:

• Youll architect and implement secure, scalable, and reliable infrastructure on AWS and Azure, balancing technical excellence with pragmatic trade-offs.
• Youll define and evolve infrastructure patterns using tools like Terraform, Helm, and GitHub Actions to support consistent, automated deployments.
• Youll build and maintain production Kubernetes clusters (EKS/AKS), with a focus on networking, performance, and workload orchestration.
• Youll advise teams on cloud-native design decisions, helping improve deployment pipelines, observability, and security across services.
• Youll work closely with security and compliance teams to integrate policy enforcement, identity management, and monitoring into the platform.
• Youll proactively identify bottlenecks, operational risks, and inefficienciesand drive long-term improvements through code and infrastructure design.
• Youll contribute to internal standards, golden paths and documentation, helping raise the bar for infrastructure quality and reliability.
