Job Description
Are you willing to join Danske Bank as a Senior Learning Experience Consultant and support employees throughout their learning journey in compliance area?
Then join us and become a member of Compliance Training team within Group Compliance. The team is focused on bringing blended learning solutions to empower the organization, improving compliance knowledge, competencies and culture.
As a Senior Learning Experience Consultant you will take a strong responsibility to design, develop and deliver the highest quality compliance training solutions to assure the growth and sustainability of employee competencies across the Group.
You will be in close collaboration with compliance stakeholders, subject matter experts, and external training providers to guarantee a high-quality learning processes and solutions.
The workplace is located in Vilnius. Danske Bank supports workplace flexibility (we currently use a hybrid work model, where we work at least 3 days in the office). This role does not include a relocation allowance.

**Please note that this is a fixed-term contract for maternity cover (expected duration: around 24 months).

You will:
- Design, develop, maintain and deliver high quality training programs aligned with the Regulatory expectations, needs of the organization and the individual
- Analyse raw compliance training material, create learning scripts and scenarios
- Develop e-learning packages using high-quality digital training authoring tools
- Identify compliance training needs through training needs analysis
- Ensure close cooperation with stakeholders in regards to compliance training development
- Produce training materials for in-house courses
- Provide regular reporting to the Line Manager, Management and stakeholders on related area
About you:
- 3+ years of experience taking organizational learning & development and/or instructional design and digital learning development responsibilities
- Advanced skills in spoken and written English is essential
- Bachelors degree or higher in areas related to Business Management, Psychology, Law, Digital or other relevant degrees
- Corporate communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in managing diverse changes in the environment
- Understanding of the financial services sector would be beneficial
- Understanding of the regulatory context in which Danske Bank operates would be beneficial
We offer:
Monthly salary range from 2640 EUR to 3960 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
