We are seeking a highly observant and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Mystery Shopper.

As a Mystery Shopper, you will play a crucial role in evaluating our clients' customer service and sales performance. You will visit various retail stores and other establishments, posing as a regular customer, and provide valuable feedback on your shopping experience.

Strong attention to detail and the ability to observe and recall information accurately
Ability to work independently and complete tasks on time
Fluency in the local language

Responsibilities

Conduct secret shopper visits to various retail stores and other establishments
Interact with employees and evaluate their customer service and sales performance
Complete detailed reports on your shopping experience, including any issues or areas for improvement
Provide constructive feedback to management on ways to improve customer service and sales performance
