Workpace is located in Vilnius. Danske Bank supports workplace flexibility (we currently use a hybrid work model, where we work at least 3 days in the office).
We are looking for a team player who is passionate in supporting leadership and ensuring efficient operation within the Tribe The right colleague can independently manage tasks effectively and we imagine you bring 1-2 years of relevant experience in administrative support or office management, preferably within an international setting.
Your main function will be to support Tribe leadership with various activities that ensures a smooth and effective daily operation.
As our new Senior Management Coordinator, you will play an important role for the Senior Leaders, where you will perform various administrative activities and coordination, ensuring that all quality and service standards are met efficiently and accurately. Depending on your skills and interests, you can shape your role and take on broader responsibilities over time.

You will:
Administrative Coordination:
- Collaborate with Tribe leadership to support senior leaders in administrative activities, manage calendars, and organise meetings across time zones
- Manage administrative tasks including access rights, invoices, web-shop approvals, and maintain tribe-wide communication channels
- Maintain an updated overview of tribe expenses based on incoming invoices
Support for Agile Processes:
- Assist the Business Manager and Tribe Coach during the Quarterly and Annual Business Reviews (QBR/ABR) to ensure smooth and effective processes
- Assist Business Manager in daily deliveries of tasks related to financial and organizational performance
HR & Staffing Support:
- Validate organizational data for engagement surveys on collaboration with Chapter Leads and Product Owners
- Update and validate employee data, track vacant positions with Chapter Leads and Tribe Leadership Team, and update tribe documentation as needed in Confluence and Teams
- Assist with employee onboarding processes, ensuring new tribe members are well-integrated from day one
About you:
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in administrative support or office management,
- Advanced organizational skills and the ability to manage complex schedules and events
- Enhanced communication skills and the ability to act swiftly in diverse environments
- Advanced in English, both written and spoken
- Proficient in MS Office, MS Teams, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint
We offer
Monthly salary range from 2400 EUR to 3600 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
