About the team:

Team consists of software engineers with well balanced level of experience and different focuses from Front-End, Back-End development to testing (manual, automated), Business Analysts with high focus on quality and outcome of deliveries
Team is spread across two locations, Vilnius and Stockholm. So, travelling few times a year might apply

Role responsibilities:

Main responsibility of the Business Analyst is to gather requirements, analyse and document it in a structured way, refine together with development team to secure it is understood by all team members and ensure quality of the delivery

You will collaborate with Product Owners, Product Specialists and other Stakeholders and gather requirements in order to understand the needs and objectives of the delivery
You will conduct workshops, interviews and meetings to gather detail requirements and document those in Jira, Confluence etc.
You will lead refinement meetings together with development team to secure the understanding of requirements, needs and objectives
You will work closely with UX designers and solution architects to ensure solution meets both user needs and business objectives
You will continuously evalute delivered solutions for any improvements or enhancements
You will be part of maintenance and incident handling routine
Together with the team, you will constantly strive to improve our ways of working

What is needed in this role:

Experience in the role as Business Analyst (preferably in the banking payments domain)
Strong analytical skills
Excellent communication abilities
Curiosity and attention to the details
Capacity to balance both requirements and deliveries from a helicopter view as well as ability to deep dive into the details
Strong sense of ownership and a drive to gain domain knowledge
Self-driven, solution-oriented, with a positive can-do attitude and value driven mindset
