Job description
- Lead the commercial rollout of digital and in-store media solutions.
- Build and manage a high-performing team of KAMs and sales professionals.
- Develop and maintain senior-level relationships with top FMCG brands and media buying agencies.
- Set and manage sales targets, forecasting, and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with Campaign Managers and Store Controllers to ensure flawless execution.
- Act as a brand ambassador, representing POS Media in the Lithuanian market.
Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a sales leadership role, ideally in FMCG, media, or retail sectors.
- Understanding of retail / digital screen/ and in-store advertising would be an advantage.
- Proven ability to lead teams and deliver results in high-growth environments.
- Lithuanian language - C1 level required.
- English – C1 level required.
