Job Description
We are looking for a Head of Sales & Marketing Growth who can take ownership of our digital lead generation engine across both Vilnius and Brussels markets. In this hands-on role, you will manage paid campaigns, CRM/automation workflows, and performance tracking to ensure our marketing efforts efficiently support student recruitment and program visibility.
This is a foundational role in a small but growing team ideal for someone who thrives in execution, is data-savvy, and wants to make a real impact by optimizing the full marketing funnel.
 

Responsibilities
Campaign Execution:
  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, Meta (in-house or via agency)
  • Brief and manage external performance agency (if used)
  • Track campaign performance, manage budgets, and report on ROI
Lead Generation & Funnel Optimization:
  • Own the lead gen pipeline for EMBA and Executive Education programs
  • Monitor and improve landing pages, forms, and lead capture
  • Collaborate with sales/admissions to improve MQL > SQL conversion rates
Marketing Automation and CRM: 
  • Set up and manage automated lead nurturing workflows (email, retargeting, scoring)
  • Maintain and improve segmentation, drip campaigns, and re-engagement strategies
  • Help define and implement lead scoring models
Data and analysis:
  • Build and maintain dashboards (Google Analytics, CRM, ad platforms)
  • Analyze campaign performance and customer journeys across channels
  • Test and iterate on messaging, creatives, and targeting for conversion lift
Collaboration:
  • Work closely with the Content Marketing Specialist to align paid and organic messaging
  • Coordinate with Events & Community Manager for campaign support and post-event follow-up
  • Mentor team members to develop competencies, business acumen, and facilitate knowledge sharing within the team and across the organization.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with team members and stakeholders while managing resource capacity optimally.
  • Provide data insights to guide marketing and sales team actions
 
 
Who You Are
  • 35 years in performance, growth, or digital marketing (preferably B2B or EdTech)
  • Proven experience managing paid media campaigns and marketing automation tools
  • Strong analytical skills confident using GA4, HubSpot, LinkedIn Ads, Meta, Google Ads
  • Self-starter, highly organized, and thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
  • Bonus: Experience with landing page testing tools, no-code platforms (e.g., Webflow, Zapier)
