HEAD OF DIGITAL MARKETING

As Head of Digital Marketing, you will lead the development and execution of digital strategy across all channels. This is an acting leadership role requiring a strategic thinker, hands-on digital expert, and team builder who thrives in performance-driven environments.

Darbo pobūdis

Your scope of work will cover:

Manage digital channels to increase the number of users, engagement and general brand awareness
Lead digital growth strategy across products and markets
Build, monitor, and analyze the marketing funnel, optimizing to increase yield, lower acquisition costs, maximize conversion and profitability
Set and manage channels KPIs
Oversee the creation and distribution of engaging digital content across various channels
Manage digital marketing team and external suppliers
Leverage advanced digital marketing tools and technologies to enhance marketing efforts, including detailed analytic insights
Constantly challenge, experiment and innovate to reach the target

We expect you to have:

Solid experience building customer-centric brands through digital marketing
Strong digital acquisition experience, across all channels, with ideally broader experience across brand, partnerships, and channel marketing
Performance marketing experience
Strong analytical skills to measure activity and drive performance
Experience working in or with regulated industries preferred would be considered an advantage
Comfortable in a fast growing, unstructured environment
Hands-on personality with strong problem-solving skills
