We're looking for someone who's not only excited to lead strategy and execution, but also ready to take our product to the next level, bring it to new markets, and build a brand that resonates globally.

· Create and implement a digital marketing plan tied to clear goals and KPIs - for both current markets and new ones as we expand.

· Grow our presence in new countries. You'll develop go-to-market plans for international markets, adapting messaging and tactics where needed.

· Run our social media. You'll manage our LinkedIn and other channels - planning and posting content, supporting founders' visibility, and growing our audience.

· Own newsletters and email marketing. You'll write and send regular updates that keep our audience engaged and informed.

· Manage paid campaigns. You'll plan and track paid ads (LinkedIn, Meta, Google), working with partners where needed to reach the right people.

· Support partner communication. You'll create communication materials and toolkits that help our partners spread the word effectively.

· Create and manage content. From blog posts to articles and downloadable guides to landing pages and social visuals - you'll make sure our message is clear and useful.

· Track and improve performance. You'll keep an eye on what's working and suggest improvements - from campaigns to copy to tools.

· Coordinate conference presence. You'll take care of our participation in conferences - from planning and materials to logistics and follow-up communication.

· Keep the website fresh. You'll handle ongoing website updates and improvements - ensuring content stays relevant, accurate, and aligned with our goals.

· Someone with a few years of experience in B2B marketing - ideally with some background in SaaS, HR tech, or similar fields.

· Someone who is passionate about HR, psychology, or organizational culture.

· Someone who enjoys both strategy and hands-on work - from planning to writing or setting up a campaign.

· Someone with strong copywriting skills - who can write clearly, persuasively, and with the right tone for our audience.

· Someone curious, practical, and creative - who thinks about how to reach the right people with the right message.

· Someone who works independently and takes ownership - but also enjoys collaborating with others.

· Someone who's highly ambitious and willing to go the extra mile to reach results - driven, focused, and not afraid of putting in serious effort.

· Someone comfortable with tools like MailerLite, LinkedIn, Canva, ChatGPT - and open to learning new ones.

· Someone fluent in Lithuanian and English - confident in writing for business audiences in both languages, and comfortable working remotely.

· 100% remote work - work full-time from anywhere in the world.
