We are looking for:

We are looking for the experienced Membership Operations Specialist who will play a critical role in supporting our customers and ensuring smooth operations within the membership and billing department.

Responsibilities:

Handle incoming calls by providing excellent customer service and addressing customer needs and concerns. Ensure customer satisfaction while providing clear and accurate information
Assist customers with billing questions, explaining charges, membership details, and contract terms, and resolving any discrepancies
Forward inquiries to the appropriate departments to ensure that specialized queries are handled by the correct team
Keeping up to date with insurance policies to ensure information accuracy
Meet established quality and efficiency standards

Requirements:

Higher education
At least C1 level of proficiency in English, both written and spoken
Excellent communication skills
At least 1 year of experience working in a call center environment
Knowledge of the USA healthcare system would be an advantage
Ability to work shifts (2 PM - 11 PM o'clock), no flexibility

Company offers:

Salary up to 1700 EUR gross (1100 EUR net), depends on experience
