Job description
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing projects from start to finish. Key responsibilities include:
- Communication with clients and participation in meetings
- Project scheduling and coordination
- Budget control, project invoicing, and coordination of additional works
- Identification and management of potential risks and issues
- Preparation of technical documentation for completed work
- Ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget
Requirements
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively
- Experience in the construction industry
- Excellent leadership and organizational skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and team members
- Good command of English
- Computer literacy
- Valid drivers license
