In this role, you will:

Support and improve our business systems (MS AX, CRM, Power BI), from setting up to testing functionalities.
Create and maintain business reports (primarily in Excel, with some SQL), and improve reporting processes.
Keep user guides up to date (in Lithuanian and English), and help colleagues resolve system-related issues.
Take part in internal and international IT projects and contribute to ongoing system and process improvements.

We expect you to have:

Basic knowledge of programming (e.g., VBA, macros). Familiarity with SQL is a strong advantage.
A university degree in Mathematics, Informatics, or a similar field.
Strong English skills (both written and spoken).
