- Maintain criticality class 1 services on payment processing platforms following ITIL processes and using ticketing systems like Service Now;
- Maintain high-quality Java applications;
- Deploy, manage, and scale applications on OpenShift;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to release new features and bug fixes;
- Use GitHub for version control;
- Maintain messaging solutions using MQ (Message Queues), Kafka, or RabbitMQ;
- Readiness to be in the on-call;
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in production environments.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience);
- Previous experience in IT development or maintenance;
- Experience with monitoring using ELK stack, Zabbix, Grafana in a bonus;
- Experience with relational databases;
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment;
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate within a team;
- Fluent in speaking and writing in English.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with microservices architecture;
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure;
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines;
- Experience with payment flows.
