We are looking

for a Senior Product Manager who knows how to turn data into decisions and ideas into growth. Youll help us scale our digital products, making sure customers not only buy but stay and enjoy.

Get ready to

• Define and sharpen a product vision that supports Kilo Healths mission and drives digital product sales through online channels
  
• Use data, customer feedback, and market insights to understand behavior and guide smart product decisions
  
• Work side by side with marketing, operations, data, customer support, and UX teams to deliver seamless product experiences
  
• Build and maintain a product roadmap that connects strategy with execution
  
• Prioritize initiatives and communicate clearly with stakeholders to align business goals with customer needs

We expect you to

• Bring 3+ years of product management experience, ideally with digital or performance-driven products
  
• Feel confident working with data and tools like Looker, GA, and other analytics platforms
  
• Communicate clearly and effectively, translating complexity into actionable steps
  
• Be customer-focused, with experience in retention, user testing, and improving the purchase journey
  
• Have experience with U.S. markets (a strong plus)
  
• Keep the team updated on product performance, market trends, and key developments to ensure we stay ahead
  

Salary

Gross salary range is 4500-5500 EUR/month.

Location

This position is based in Vilnius, Lithuania.

Work model: 4 days onsite, 1 flexible day remote.
