Key responsibilities:

Lead the creative strategy for ad campaigns across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and beyond;
Brainstorm and pitch scroll-stopping video concepts that match our product positioning and brand voice;
Write (or AI-draft) ad scripts, briefs, and shot directions with performance in mind;
Translate scripts into clear visual ideas, moodboards, and frameworks for editors and UGC creators;
Constantly analyze performance data and apply insights to optimize hooks, formats, and CTAs;
Work with the performance marketing team to align creative with metrics and growth goals;
Run A/B tests on key ad elements (hooks, formats, CTAs, etc.) to find winners and kill losers;
Stay on top of creative trends, competitor moves, and platform shifts to keep Taima ahead;
Leverage AI tools, storytelling frameworks, and editing tricks to make each ad better than the last.

Requirements:

At least 2 years of experience in a similar position;
International work experience;
Proven record of launching winning ads and building creative strategies that drove real business growth;
Strong understanding of performance data and ad metrics (CTR, CVR, ROAS, etc.);
Experience working across Meta Ads, TikTok, YouTube, and other key ad platforms;
Strong copywriting and scriptwriting ability;
Ability to use AI tools for generating ideas;
Excellent knowledge of English;
This role requires a self-employment certificate.
