What you'll do:
- Take ownership of all recruitment steps by sourcing, screening, shortlisting and hiring candidates for various positions
- Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on personnel selection
- Work closely with colleagues from other Lidl countries, sharing best practices and contributing to cross-country recruitment projects
- Ensure a positive candidate experience and maintain recruitment data in the SuccessFactors system
- Assist in employer branding activities and content creation to attract top talents
- Collaborate with external partners and agencies, if needed
About you:
- Higher education
- Minimum 1 year of experience executing full-cycle recruitment and selection processes
- Fluency in Lithuanian and very good English (B2 or higher level)
- Excellent communication and organization skills
- Good MS Office or Google Workspace skills
- High sense of responsibility and a desire to achieve results both individually and within a team
